the key is to keep your hydration top notch, which means more water, more salt, and more minerals.

COMBAT TOXINS (RADIATION, HEAVY METALS, ETC)

the airport is the woooorst. Am I just saying that? Honestly, you can do the research, but I do know that after being in airports, my body is wrecked. So there must be something to this. I like to prep my system with as much detoxifying help as possible.

RECOVER

My nighttime tea is simply a non-negotiable. I feel better if I drink it, no matter what. I sleep better, which is probably key, but the boost of magnesium, kidney support and immune boosting properties is top notch.

NOT SO BASIC TOILETRIES

I like to keep a few basic but necessary toiletries on me while I travel – things that I might have trouble finding in an airport gift shop or may need on a whim.
